Funciones

At Grupo Crit we are looking for a "team manager" for an important company in the advertising and marketing sector.

Job functions:

Monitoring and supervision of the assigned group of agents

Track performance and ensure the achievement of set target levels

Interacting with internal departments to ensure the customers' and employees' needs are met

Preparation of action plans aimed at supporting and helping agents to achieve their objectives

The Team Manager is responsible for his/her team to achieve the performance targets and quality standards of the company, developing effective measures of supervision and training with the assigned agents, ensuring optimal compliance with trade agreements while performing the necessary administrative and customer service tasks.

- Working hours from Monday to Sunday with two days a week off. Plus two free weekends a month
