TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR
What You will do
RTC ECA within Tetra Pak has More than 25 Technical Instructors working with theoretical and practical training of Tetra Pak and customer personal. The training is focusing on the equipment used in our filling lines but we also perform training for different soft skills. Our instructors are based in Sweden, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and Russia.
- As a Technical Instructor you will initially be working with Customer Trainings and assessments. As your experience and knowledge grow your tasks will expand to support training delivery to our Field Force.
- Within your training tasks you will be providing feedback on new and existing training material and concepts. These inputs will continuously improve and ensure world class quality in training delivery and development.
- As a Instructor of Training Services you will be working in teams, but your daily delivery tasks will be on a individual level solving the challenges the Customer environment present too us. The majority of the trainings will be done at Customer sites and Technical Training Centres (TTC’s) and will require frequent travelling.
Who You are
High school diploma in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical subjects is required. You are skilled in Spanish language as a native speaker and you have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Professional Skills and Experience:
You have at least two years of experience mainly within the area of liquid food packaging and any additional competences gained from training and teaching are highly appreciated. A dedicated technical knowledge, including basic electromechanical skills, is required.
Personal Qualification:
You are a well organized and precise person with excellent communication and presentation skills. To be successful in this role you have a strong inclination to training and you are fond of conveying new competences to others.
