Funciones

His main task will be to act as a "facilitator", eliminating obstacles or problems that may arise, leading and controlling his team and communicating with the business and with the rest of the Company's areas. Manage all problems as Manager. He will evaluate, coordinate and prioritize problems to reach the established results. He will identify the risks that may arise during the project, and will take the necessary measures to mitigate them. You will ensure that they, the rest of the team, provide constant updates, allowing CSAs to update the state of customer expectations, which can be external or internal. Ensuring tasks are assigned and responding when challenges/issues arise on how to complete assigned tasks.

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field, Engineer, Mathematician or equivalent work experience. More than 5 years of experience leading teams as Project manager, taking responsibility for deliveries on time and established quality. 5+ years of development experience in a lead role, resolving potential conflicts that may occur during the development lifecycle. The candidate must have experience in creating teams from scratch, since they will form their team according to the needs of the Company. Great capacity for work and problem solving. The candidate must have strong analytical skills. Possibility to travel. One of the candidate's main strengths is having good communication skills.• English very high level.
