Responsibilities: Handle and resolve product queries and customer support advisor for an important social media company. Ability to work on case volumes and across email and chat channels. Provide customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring service quality through case journey and regular updates across main touchpoints. Drive adherance to service levels across different channels and achieve best in class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer. Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types. Qualifications required: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 2-5 years of digital advertising or technical customer support/operations experience. Experience in contact centre is a plus in any advertising tech company. Product support customer experience is desirable as well as customer support through email and chat.
