Funciones

Are you looking for a challenging Technical Services Consultant role within a fast-paced working environment? 

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your technical skills and join our friendly Technical Services team in a progressive international software house. This role is working from our office in Madrid, Spain to manage the support and installations of our solutions throughout the region and occasionally English-speaking customers in Europe. 

This role requires an enthusiastic, details orientated individual with a 'can-do' attitude who can provide high quality technical support to our Managed Print and Scan Solution (PaperCut, Umango, Princity, DocSlide and many more) and other products on our portfolio. 

Job Responsibilities 

Providing technical support via the helpdesk, by telephone, email, and remote assistance. 

Carrying out installations and training remotely and occasionally at the customer site.  

Troubleshooting and replicating customer issues in-house in virtual test environment. 

Supporting internal staff with Office 365 and general IT software and hardware issues. 

Supporting internal infrastructure and services. 

Working closely with the support team across Europe.

Requisitos

Good communicator with excellent telephone manner. 

Perfect spoken and written Spanish language (native-like level) 

High level of spoken and written English. 

At least 2 years of experience working in a customer support environment is required. 

Administration experience in Microsoft servers and clients, including Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory and Azure AD. 

Some knowledge in non-MS platforms such as Apple and Linux at administering level is preferred. 

Experience in basic programming in any of the following languages, Powershell, shell script, php and JavaScript 

Good technical experience and skills in troubleshooting and problem solving. 

Ability to self-learn and resolve complex issues. 

Good organisational ability, good memory and an eye for detail.  

Ability to cope well under pressure. 

Ability to work independently and part of the team. 

Excellent timekeeping.
