Desde Grupo CRIT Hi Talent estamos buscando un/una Technology Project Leader para importante empresa ubicada en Murcia. Job Purpose Design, development and optimization of the production processes for new and existing products; laboratory scale and subsequent scaling-up to industrial plant. Major Accountabilities * Design and management of the laboratory development of the projects in charge. * Coordinate the daily laboratory work of the Technology Technicians. * Design and management of the scaling-up to industrial plant of the projects in charge. * Generate the necessary technical information of projects in charge for its proper implementation at the level of production, engineering, safety, quality and environment. * Document the projects adequately so they can be reproduced by another person in the company accomplishing with established quality requirements ISO 9001. * Close collaboration with internal and external teams to improve results. * Close communication with the Technology Manager for the discussion and supervision of all the above tasks. Key Performance Indicators Quality in projects results regarding profitability, sustainability and innovation. Fulfilling in project timeline.

Requisitos

Education: Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Degree, PhD will be a plus. Minimum requirements: * Previous experience in the development and design of laboratory processes and analytical methods and subsequent industrial scaling-up. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Self-starter with high learning agility. * Able to travel when required. * Knowledge in fine chemistry, chemical engineering, natural extracts and food and pharma ingredients will be a plus. Competencies: * Ability for task organization and prioritization with sense of urgency. * Ability to collect, analyze and interpretate information and subsequent practical application. * Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment. * Ability for interpersonal interaction.
