The successful candidate will take on responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, attracting, assessing and hiring candidates.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

To assess the internal client in the identification and description of the vacancies in their teams.
To design the best option for finding the right professional for each vacancy, using the available tools and resources and also proposing new options regarding the job market.
To maintain the candidate's data base and also keeping in touch with potential candidates that could be an asset for the company.
To manage full life cycle of the selection process, from the attraction to the on-boarding.
To keep constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
To manage all administrative tasks involved in the recruitment and hiring of candidates.
To participate and develop HR projects.


Perfil del candidato

At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment consultancies or IT companies.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
