Answering Inbound calls of Dutch clients with a repair request for appliances.

The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.

Adding to this, the Agent should also be responsible for the Customer Service and claim handling of our services.

-Registration of client´s details and information

-Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients

-Booking repairs and appointments for the clients.


Perfil del candidato

Able to effectively communicate to customers. Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative. Easy adaptable to different partners. Teamwork, proactive and excellent customer service skills.
