- Learn the functionalities and benefits of the platform for businesses.
- Work daily in contacting business prospect leads and converting them into customers.
- Systematically contact SMBs via telephone using assigned lead databases as well as proactively research and prepare your own daily/weekly contact list of prospects.
- Report your sales success strategies and obtacles to the Sales Manager and product team.
- Prepare activity reports of your daily, weekly and monthly performance. 
- Keep track of the competition, their products, services and pricing. 


- A NATIVE Italian speaker.  Other languages are a plus.
- Define yourself as a people person and you're comfortable picking up the phone to sell something you believe will be of great benefit to the customer. 
- Have 1-3 years of previous exprience in telesales (ideally selling online tools and services to small and medium businesses). 
- Comfortable to work under pressure and driven by objectives and comissions.
- Friendly and empathetic and you know how to find common ground with your prospects. 
- Very computer and internet savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
-Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-driven, curious, organized and proactive.
