Funciones

Tender Assistant - French for Page Group Shared Services Centre


Description

The Tender Assistant will be part of Tender team France. The main purpose is to support Tenders Specialists on their daily activities through participating to RFQ answers, taking the lead on internal communication of signed PSA and working on key clients' reports. You will also be involved in various cross-functional projects around the Tenders Team France.

 

 

 * Participate to tender responses along with Tenders Specialists (40%)

 

 

 * Communicate on signed PSA, including update of templates (40%)

 

 

 * Formalize key clients' reports (20%)


Profile

* Bachelor's Degree from a related field, fluency in French and English - any other European language would be a plus

 

 

 * Ideally one year of experience as an Assistant for support functions

 

 

 * Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

 

 

 * Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

 

 

 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
