We are now recruiting a TIME CRITICAL AGENT for a company in constant growth in the national and international carrier company for urgent freight.


Descripción de la oferta

Your main tasks would be: 

 

 * Offer quotation and calculation 

 * Search for collaborators and/or carriers for the shipments 

 * Management and coordination of critical services 

 * Supplier management for price request and negotiation 

 * Customer support 

 * Incident management 

 * New supplier identification in Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy Germany and Eastern Europe


Perfil del candidato

The successful applicant: 

 

 * Is committed and willing to be involved in growing project. Optimistic and with a positive attitude 

 * Easily adapts to changes as the company is in constant evolution 

 * Knowing how to work under pressure and with a fast problem-solving ability, due to the fast processing of clients demands and quotations 

 * Likes challenging environments 

 * Is proactive and likes to deal with customers 

 * English language working proficiency and another European language fluently 

 * Having experience or knowledge in the international road-freight business will be considered positively
