Who are we looking for…?

Are you calm, safety-minded and service-driven, with a passion for delivering smooth and memorable guest journeys? As a Train Driver, you play a key role in the guest experience, ensuring safe, comfortable and efficient transportation across the resort.

You are often one of the first and last team members our guests interact with during their day. Your professionalism, warm demeanor and attention to detail help create a sense of ease, trust and luxury. If you take pride in responsible driving, anticipate guest needs and enjoy contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience, we would be delighted to meet you.

Your responsibilities will include…

Safely operating the resort’s internal train in accordance with established safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of all guests during transportation.
Providing a warm welcome and courteous assistance to guests boarding and disembarking.
Maintaining punctuality and smooth operation along designated routes and schedules.
Communicating clearly and professionally with guests, offering information about resort areas and facilities when needed.
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any technical or safety issues promptly.
Responding calmly and effectively to unexpected situations or guest concerns.
Coordinating with Front Office, Guest Relations and Security to ensure seamless guest movement.
Keeping the train, stations and surrounding areas clean, safe and presentable at all times.
Upholding impeccable standards of personal appearance, posture and communication in line with luxury service expectations.

Requisitos

A responsible, service-oriented and safety-focused personality.
Valid D + CAP driving license.
Previous experience in vehicle operation, transport services or guest-facing roles is highly valued.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, focused and professional at all times.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Excellent grooming standards and a proactive, professional attitude.
Valid work permit for Spain.
