Funciones

Our client is a Multinational Company with more than 600 employees in the Iberian Region. The company is growing and adapting its Human Resources Department to the new structure.


Description

? Identify the training needs, design & deliver the training plan (including administrative follow up & supervision of the logistic organisation).

 

? Select, follow & build relationships with external providers & internal stakeholders.

 

? Manage the training budget (budget, KPI reportings ...) and optimize costs (sourcing of cost effective solutions, negotiation).

 

? Propose, design, run & promote the actions of HR development programs under his(her) responsibility.

 

? Work closely with the internal operational clients (operational Directors, HR Country Directors & HR Business Partners ...) to accompany organizational transformations and business changes.

 

? Propose & design challenging & innovative pedagogical approach to create unique learning experiences.


Profile

Minimum of 7 years work experience in learning & development in Industrial Company. Fluent in English. Portuguese is a Plus.
