Funciones

Will be responsible for the delivery and management of training projects. This comprises serving as the key interface between students, professors, and multiple IE departments (Legal, Billing, Facilities, IT, etc.); coordinating a variety of tasks, projects, program components, and all related communications; implementing program guidelines and policies; supporting program logistics and operations; supporting faculty members; and direct responsibility for student academic (direct and indirect) services to ensure a world-class experience for students.

Reports to the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center Director. Will interact with all Faculty, Students, different departments of IE, and external agencies and stakeholders required for running the program.

Key Action Areas:
•	Manage content platform and communication to students, provide information, keep track of documentation, and manage course sessions
•	Plan for training sessions, contact professors and coordinate their schedules, along with the schedules of other experts and mentors to the Program
•	Liaise with professors to communicate specific student situations, request feedback, ensure timely submission of grades, etc., and provide ongoing support to faculty members, experts, and mentors
•	Collaborate with other IE Departments – such as Legal, Billing, Facilities, IT, etc. – to ensure a successful and high value-added student experience.
•	Keep track of payments of customers and invoice making

Requisitos

Requirements:
•	Bachelor’s degree.
•	Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and oral).
•	A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is desirable.
•	Strong project management capabilities.
•	The candidate will demonstrate rock-solid customer management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of accountability for various stakeholders.
•	Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation, are essential.

Schedule and Duration:
•	Estimated duration of the Project: 1 year
•	Part-time schedule in the afternoons (15:00 to 19:00 hours)
