IE Chief Financial Office is looking for an excellent Corporate Travel Manager to manage the corporate travel account, handle, oversee and improve all travel operations. Key Action Areas: - Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel. - Implement and deploy new travel tools (online agency and others). - Provide intensive training to all users of these tools. - Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors. - Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers. - Drive continuous improvement of travel programs and processes. - Cost control and budget reporting to the Financial Department. - Process Travel & Expenses reports and handle reimbursements. - Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, etc. - Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures. - Stay updated on the latest trends and suppliers related to the activity and propose improvements in service and costs. - Self-assessment of the quality of service through surveys to internal customers.
- Master’s Degree. - Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written). - Proven experience as corporate travel manager with at least 3 years of experience. - Bachelor’s degree in tourism or business is preferred. - Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies. - Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing. - Working knowledge of MS Office (medium level). - Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills. - An analytical mind with customer-oriented approach.
