The Travel Specialist – Finance & Operations will help in following up with our offices on their financial situation to reach efficient and data driven decisions, and help managing and processing travel requests of our commercial team. 

Key Action Areas:
•	Support the commercial team with the process of booking trips, accommodation, and other travel related services.
•	Analyze and monitor day-to-day expenses variations in comparison to the budget.
•	Communicate key financial information and red flags to the regional directors.
•	Collect financial information from the regional teams about upcoming events and activities.
•	Build and improve forecasts based on the information collected.


•	Bachelor’s Degree
•	Advanced Level in English and Spanish: written and oral.  
•	2 years´ experience in travel management or similar roles.
•	Experience in accounting, internal auditing, or finance, will be valued.
•	Ability to analyze and interpret numbers. 
•	Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
•	Strong organization skills. 
•	Ability to manage and establish priorities.
•	Excellent communications skills.
