* Strong relationships with local team, procurement team and PTP.
 * Create new vendors/inactive vendors when received information from local market.
 * Update vendor when requested by PTP or local market, to contact with the supplier to receivethe supporting documentation.
 * Informing local team of their responsibilities and obligations, as they should send this information to vendor master data team when creating the vendor.
 * Create a new vendor welcome package (for example add form, PTP generic emails, where tosend invoices, where to contact is they have an issue etc..)to send to procurement team or local team.
 * Evaluating current vendor creation processand identifying ways to improve them.
 * Responsible to maintainand extend vendorfor new countries coming.


Perfil del candidato

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
 * Proven ability in vendor master data team at least 1,5 years.
 * Fluent English (at least C1)
 * Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
 * The ability to multitask effectively.
 * Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills.


Oferta de empleo

Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven ability in vendor master data team at least 1,5 years.
Fluent English (at least C1)
