Funciones

 - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with TPA's, Hospitals, Medical Facilities and other healthcare provider partners that collaborate with Further to deliver excellent health outcomes and quality for our customers
 - Coordinating and evaluating the contracts of providers network
 - Participating in the negotiation of contracts and prepare reports and analysis of contract details and statistics
 - Developing and overseeing the process of sending TPA's and partners manual of operations
 - Identifying high volume, potentially high value specialist, acute care and sub-acute care facilities, and then engaging these organizations in the Further model and processes
 - In partnership with the analytics and medical team, developing analyses and reporting that supports decision making and referral patterns
 - Supporting process optimization

Requisitos

 Bachelor's degree
 Experience working in a managed care organization, specifically in a provider network strategy and network function
 Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
 2-4 years of experience working in the insurance field - Health or Travel Segment.
 Working knowledge of provider networks and health systems worldwide
