We are looking for a Warehouse/logistics executive for an important chemical company located in Vallès Occidenta. 

MISSION: 

Ensure a proper distribution from our Central Warehouse to final customer (Pharmacy Channel) with high quality to meet customer requirements while delivering cost target. 
To be key contact between local customer service teams and interface between Warehouse 3PL and carriers
 
Responsibilities/Key Tasks:  
- To organize and coordinate Inbound products from Greece
- To ensure that products are prepared correctly and delivered on time in European Countries
- Delivery track and trace follow-up
- To communicate with Local Customer Service to solve customers? complaints
- To carry out quality controls on the warehouse activities: order preparation, truck loading 
and product reception
- To analyze logistics incidences and take action to reduce delivery issues
- To monitor returns 
- Attend daily meetings


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
*Experience: 1 year or more in Logistics or Operations areas 
*Education: University Degree
*Languages: Spanish Native / Bilingual and English Advanced or Pre-advanced level
*Competencies: 
- Problem-solving skills 
- Team spirit
- Well organized: close attention to detail
- Commitment 
- Oral/written communication
*Specific Knowledge / Nice to have: 
- OTC - Warehouse and Logistics Processes
- Sap and basic Excel are a plus


WHAT WE OFFER?
*Paternity substitution contract. From 27/06/2022 to 23/09/2022 aprox. 
*Up to 40K/year.
*Schedule: Monday to Fridya
