International company located in CANTABRIA (North Spain) is looking for a WINDOWS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

They are working with Cloud products\solutions.


Description

* Implement, installs, configure monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new server operating systems.

 * Diagnose hardware, network and software problems.

 * Experience in buildout for new infrastructure and migrations.

 * Experience with automation of repetitive administration tasks. 

 * Maintains optimal system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, and operating and system management systems; escalating application problems to vendor.

 * Responsible for tests and implements effective backup and restore techniques.

 * Installing and maintaining software updates periodically.

 * Stay current on any related technologies and performs other duties as assigned.

 * Functional understannding of Cloud technologies like AZURE.

 * Knowledge of the IT service management process a plus.


Profile

* Must have 3 to 5 years, experience with Windows System Administration, to include user account administration, installation and configuration of workstations and peripherals, client-server support, software and hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, and shell script programming.

 * Must have 3-5 years' hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory and AD infrastructure - managing, configuring and troubleshooting in an enterprise multi-domain environment.

 * Experience to perform periodic system back-ups and developing/documenting standard operating procedures for these activities.

 * Experience working with computer hardware, software, and local area networks.

 * Experience working with Windows 7, Windows 8, 10

 * Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, SCCM, SCOM

 

 * Experience with Exchange 2013, Office 365, ADFS

 

 * Experience working on Hypervisor, deploying virtual machines and managing them.

 * Knowledge of Domains, gateways, routers, switches.
