You have: We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Professional who can demonstrate credibility and the ability to develop strong relationships. The successful candidate must have a university degree (Master or equivalent) with at least 5 years of working experience in HR, and out of those 3 years with a focus on recruitment, ideally at international level. Key competencies and required skills are: - strong interpersonal and communication skills - excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and to stick to fixed time schedules - the ability to work in a team as well as independently - strong customer orientation to provide a quality service for staff at all levels in the organisation - very good analytical and evaluative skills - the ability to conduct independent research - very good computer skills with proficiency in MS office applications, reporting tools, Internet - demonstrated experience of working with e-recruitment/ATS systems - excellent spoken and written English You might also have A good working knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish will be an advantage.
