To successfully perform in this internship position, the candidate should be able to fulfill each of the essential responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities expected. Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is required; English is a plus. Strong communication and writing skills. Motivation to learn about labor regulations and Human Resources processes. Proactive, solution- oriented attitude, and willingness to contribute. Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates a collaborative mindset. Ability to interact comfortably with different people and environments. Attention to detail and a strong sense of service quality. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling confidential information. Flexibility and adaptability to various situations. Positive attitude, motivation, and alignment with company values. Education and Requirements: Current students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Tourism, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Availability of an internship agreement with an educational institution. No previous experience required, although academic or extracurricular experience in related areas will be valued. Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
