Sales Planner (H/M/X)

If you have experience in vendor selection, performance management, and strategic operations, this is your opportunity to make an impact! What you’ll do: Lead the full vendor selection, onboarding, and evaluation process to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement vendor management strategies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Oversee vendor performance metrics, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization, applying innovative solutions. Act as a key point of contact for vendor related queries and escalations. Manage contracts, invoices, POs, and budgets for all vendor engagements. Drive data driven decision making, tracking performance trends and reporting insights to leadership. Foster strong cross functional collaborations to align business objectives and enhance efficiency. What we’re looking for: Experience in vendor management, business operations, or project management. Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors, ensuring high quality service and operational excellence. Knowledge of supplier management, performance tracking, and SLA monitoring. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) .
