• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role. • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Technology, or Hospitality Sales strongly preferred. • Proven track record of building pipeline from outbound and consistently closing deals. • Strong consultative selling skills, asking great questions, listening well, and tailoring your pitch accordingly. • Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders. • A natural self-starter who is organised, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets. • Fluent in English and Spanish one additional language (French or Italian) a plus • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; eligible to work in the EU.
