Strategic Partnership Manager
• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, with a track record of winning and growing large, complex accounts. • Experience selling into or partnering with major hospitality groups such as global hotel chains, restaurant groups, or resorts is a strong advantage. • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Technology, or Hospitality Solutions preferred. • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build relationships at C-suite and VP level. • Strategic thinker who can develop account plans, map buying organisations, and execute with discipline over extended timelines. • Strong commercial acumen, confident building business cases, structuring deals, and negotiating enterprise agreements. • A collaborative, credible, and consultative presence, someone key accounts trust as a partner, not just a vendor. • Fluent in English plus at least one additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese). • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; eligible to work in the EU.

That said, the best candidates will have some of the following: - Studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field - Genuine curiosity about B2B sales, SaaS, or the hospitality industry - Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets — you don't shy away from a CRM - Strong written and verbal communication in English and a second language at least — French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic are especially relevant for our markets) - Organised, detail-oriented and autonomous enough to manage your own task list - Bonus: any exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound tools
