IT Technical Analyst

Experience Required -Experience in presenting and issues and solutions to team members concise way -Financial Services industry experience -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandatory skills -Owning the products supported in the area from a technical perspective -Excellent data analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information from many sources -Experience of writing SQL with experience in analysing and interrogating data and data mapping between systems -Representing the team in meetings with senior bank stakeholders when required. -Designing and enhancing the technical solution when required to resolve incidents or to deliver new solutions -Liaising with additional internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables when required. -Taking full ownership of any team changes deployed -Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and able to establish positive working relationships. -Ability to work well independently, as part of the team -Have a flexible and can do attitude with a strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure
