* 1+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management * Working experience with e-mail marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Selligent, Sendgrid, Sendinblue… * Fluency in English and German languages * Strong analytical skills, ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis: Excel, Power BI * Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage * Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills * Ability to excel in an international and fast-paced environment, while keeping motivation and initiative * Strong communication skills - both written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels * Great organization and management skills. Working experience with Jira, Trello or project management tools would be an advantage. * Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.
