Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience leading a social media programme, ideally in a global or regional capacity. The ability to influence, guide and collaborate with stakeholders within a matrix organisation - both those who are social media specialists and those who aren't; the ability to 'bring stakeholders along with you' is essential to the success of this role. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms for commercial use, across both organic and paid strategies.
