    Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience leading a social media programme, ideally in a global or regional capacity. The ability to influence, guide and collaborate with stakeholders within a matrix organisation - both those who are social media specialists and those who aren't; the ability to 'bring stakeholders along with you' is essential to the success of this role.
