What are we looking for? Previous experience in the Front Office department, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity. Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. Fluency in local language is a must and high level of English is required. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) and Front Office systems. Customer service focus. Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations. Strong communication skills. Sales oriented. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
