HR Specialist - Temporary Proyect - Unilever

What are we looking for in this role? - University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in generalist or shared services environments. - Advanced level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written (C1 level in English) . - Experience with HR administrative tasks. - Knowledge of and/or experience with processes related to payroll, employee management, and employment documentation. - Experience with training management and FUNDAE is a plus. - An organized, methodical individual with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Analytical mindset and a problem- solving approach. - Proactive, autonomous, and committed to continuous improvement.
