Supplier Quality Engineer - Composites
The candidate for the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) - Composite Materials must have: · Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent). · A minimum of 2-3 years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience, with knowledge of composite materials specially CFRP and special processes. · Experience in aerospace or space-grade composite structures. · Hands-on involvement with composite NDT and acceptance criteria. · Familiarity with ECSS / ESA / NASA or equivalent aerospace standards. · Experience with high-reliability or safety-critical products. Soft Skills: · Detailed-oriented and hands-on approach. · Strong interpersonal skills for frequent supplier interaction. · Ability to manage multiple suppliers and prioritize field tasks. · Data-driven, process-oriented approach to quality. Technology Stack: · Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, supplier audits, and process qualification tools. · Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes and NDT inspection software. Physical Requirements: · Ability to work in supplier facilities and standard office environments. · Travel up to 50% of the time. · Ability to use a computer for extended periods.

Customer Service Manager C1/C2 English - Multinational
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade or similar. 5+ years' experience in Customer Service Manager/ Order Management roles within an international environment. Previous experience managing or coordinating a Customer Service team is highly valued. Solid experience working with SAP (SD module or similar) in an order-to-cash context. Proven experience with EDI (set-up, monitoring, incident management, coordination with IT/providers and customers). Previous exposure to the Europe market (customers, retailers, distributors or B2B environment). Fluent English (C1 level or higher). Other European languages are a plus. Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with KPIs and reports. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Proactive, hands-on, with a strong customer focus and continuous improvement mindset.
