As Night Manager you will be responsible for completing all the night audit tasks in the hotel, ensuring all the reports and processes are completed correctly. Reports to the Operations Manager. Your day- to- day Undertake a review of end- of- day takings against logged reports. Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion. Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings. Train the Front Office team in ensuring the accurate completion of systems and processes. Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage. Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists. What we need from you Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. 2+ years' experience working with in hotel at night shift. Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team- worker and with passion for service.
