Requirements: * Spanish & English: Native & Portuguese high level. * Top analytical skills – finding insights & actions from Data * Previous experience in digital marketing campaigns to attract customers or leads * Marketing automation * Advanced knowledge and demonstrable experience in campaign management in Google Ads * Advanced knowledge and experience in managing social media campaigns with Facebook Business Manager * Programmatic campaigns * CRM: development and implementation of email marketing campaigns * Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics * Pixel implementation and audience management for Remarketing campaigns. * Good understanding of PPC/CPC/CPM models * Knowledge about marketing technology solutions and automation tools applied to the area * Data Studio * ROAS orientation * Advanced level of English * Excel It will be valued: * Marketing or Statistic studies at University * Used to work with real estate portals/ Branding knowledge * Experience working with Agile methodologies * Experience in managing campaigns in real estate portals: traffic, interaction, lead generation. * Very results-oriented profile with follow-up of OKRs.
