What we are looking for: · EU nationality is required. · Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus. · Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. · Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Proficiency or knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Canva, and other programs useful for performing the duties of the position. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
